An ambitious name for a plain ordinary street. A substantial development on a narrow plot. A replacement build on the corner of a small garden suburb, in the shadow of a large block of flats.
Can we come up with a nice upgrade? Highlight a few things: the rhythm of the façade, the articulation, the corner feature?
The tectonics and construction method?  Inspiration from the ordinary. Not making too much of a fuss, but not showing too little ambition either. Extraordinary?

Addresses

A small passageway connects the patio to the street. A deferred address.
The loggias at the corners are given some extra attention and lend the little residential building a special status.
The stepped façade reveals the underlying room layout. 
And here and there, a touch of care and love for the ordinary aspects of living...
